At LEIF, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
